Welcome to High Rise!
HighRise is our preteen ministry at North Orange. We desire that preteens are equipped to enter middle school with WISDOM, FAITH, and FRIENDSHIP, knowing 150 Bible stories and having learned about 36 different virtues, or what we call, virtues.
Our goal is that a child’s relationship with Jesus is reflected in the following ways: I need to make the wise choice, I can trust God no matter what, and I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
All kids 4th through 6th grade will be in a small group with kids their grade level in the trailers at the northwest corner of the property with a caring leader who is intentional about building relationships with kids.
For this age group, we use the 252Preteen curriculum. This curriculum is designed to teach the timeless truths of Scripture in a developmentally appropriate way for preteens in hopes that they will grasp the truths and leave knowing how to live them out personally.
Each Sunday children will go home with resources to continue to grow their faith at home with parents who have the greatest impact on their child’s spiritual development. Also, be sure to follow us on social media (@nocckidzone) for up-to-date information about what’s happening at KidZone.

MARCH IN HIGH RISE - PRETEEN MINISTRY
PRETEEN SERIES DESCRIPTION:
Cooperation isn’t always something that may happen naturally, but it is something that is near and dear to God’s heart. Since the beginning of creation we see how God created us to be in community with one another. Cooperation is a spiritual concept that originates with God, and throughout the Bible, we see how God brought people together to accomplish God’s plan for the world. When we work together, we reflect Jesus to others, and our love for one another can point people to Him as we explore what God wants us to do together.
